KAP7 Australia is dedicated to the growth and development of water polo and aquatic sports around Australia, with the company founded by water polo players, to provide equipment and apparel for water polo players.  The Position:

We’re on the lookout for someone to become our Graphic Design/Content Creator, responsible for helping to make our customers' visions a reality for production, assisting the sales team with the creation of marketing collateral and taking our social media to the next level. This role truly has a touch point with every facet of our business, ranging from swimwear design, to social media content, to website design and layout.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Creating custom design work in collaboration with the sales team for manufacture
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop, coordinate and implement digital marketing projects and campaigns
• Film and edit video content for various channels including social media, communications, engagement, EDMs, and website. 
• Digital photography, photo editing, and cloud storage library management
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Attending events to assist the team from time to time

Technical Requirements

• Experience and/or Qualification in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or Marketing equivalent
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and InDesign)  Microsoft Office, social applications, and digital asset management tools
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply!
• 1-4+ years of industry experience preferred 
• Experience with Shopify an advantage
• Excellent written, oral and communication skills
• Photography, lighting and audio skills
