The Competition ball has been designed to meet guidelines for local, national, and global specifications.

• Lubricate the ball needle prior to inflating so as not to harm the valve and cause air leakage
• Do not over inflate the ball, the PSI should be 6.5. KAP7 Ball Pumps can be set to inflate to the appropriate pressure.
• Size 4 – is used for women's water polo and youth boys from the age of 12 to 16.
