Refund policy

We do not offer refunds; the only refunds given are if your goods are found to be faulty and we do not have a replacement product available. Please email us at kap7aus@gmail.com for a return address, and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs. All returns must be received within 30 days of ordering. We do not offer returns for custom/team store items with printed/embroidered logos.
