How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by Australia Post based on destination address and weight of the products ordered.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Post.  Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (or the next business day). Signatures are required on delivery unless you specify otherwise in the notes section or via email (kap7aus@gmail.com).  Generally Australian orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order.  Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination.  Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.


Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  All payments are secure.


What happens if I need my delivery urgently? 

If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm exact delivery times.


What if I would like a refund? 

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason.  Please email us at kap7aus@gmail.com for a return address to send the products to and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged.  We do not cover return shipping costs.


What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order.  If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($15 for Australian orders, $100 for international orders).


What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else.  Please send the products back and let us know via email what you would like instead.  Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.
