How to Properly Inflate Your KAP7 Water Polo Ball
To get the best performance from your KAP7 water polo ball, it’s essential to inflate it correctly. Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth inflation process and maintain the longevity of your ball or watch our instructional video below!
1. Lubricate the Inflation Pin
Before inserting the inflation pin, dip it in a small amount of Vaseline. This lubrication helps the pin slide smoothly into the ball’s valve, preventing unnecessary damage.
2. Gently Pinch and Insert the Pin
Pinch the area around the ball’s valve gently and slowly insert the lubricated inflation pin. This careful approach helps protect the valve from any tearing or damage.

3. Inflate to the Recommended Pressure
Using a KAP7 Digital Ball Pump, set the pressure to 6.5 PSI and begin inflating. Avoid overinflating, as excessive pressure can negatively impact the ball’s durability and performance.
4. Remove the Inflation Pin Carefully
Once the ball reaches the recommended pressure, gently remove the inflation pin from the valve. Be cautious to avoid unnecessary force, which could damage the valve.
